Why hasn't this problem been solved already?

Is this a reporting tool or a carbon calculator?
Neither is the core. Reporting is one output and carbon accounting is one module. The platform manages what has to happen before reliable reporting is possible: collecting and validating evidence, finding gaps, engaging suppliers, assessing risk and assigning remediation.
